Job summary

Cosy Club Canterbury is seeking a Chef for a temporary Christmas contract. This full-time role offers earnings of £15.71–£16.71 per hour on target, with an hourly rate up to £12.71 and a tronc of £3–£4 per hour.

The position can extend to permanent at the hiring manager's discretion. Benefits include two days off with a weekend off every six weeks, fair rotas, meals on every shift, paid breaks, Christmas Day off, Wagestream pay, and 50% off food and drinks from day one at all three Cosy Club

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food from scratch on the line.
• Work as part of a kitchen team to deliver high-standard dishes.
• Ensure pride in produce, plating and consistency on every service.
• Assist with prep and maintain high standards throughout the shift.
