Job summary

Lee Abbey is seeking an experienced Chef to join the Kitchen Team as Deputy. You will work closely with the Kitchen Team Leader to ensure the smooth running of our kitchens and dining areas, creating a welcoming experience for guests and community.

This residential role spans three years with an allowance structure including pension, accommodation and full board, and involves active participation in worship and community life.

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our Kitchen Team as Deputy at Lee Abbey. Working closely with the Kitchen Team Leader, you will play an important role in the smooth and efficient running of our kitchens and dining areas, helping to create a warm and welcoming experience for our guests and community.

As a member of the community, you will take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of community life, and have the opportunity to explore and use your God-given gifts.

The position is for three years and is residential with an allowance structure including pension, accommodation, and full board.
