A luxury hotel in London is seeking a Chef de Rang to oversee food and beverage service within the Lobby Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year’s experience in the luxury hotel sector and possess extensive knowledge of food and beverages. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service, training F&B attendants, and maintaining high service standards.
The Peninsula London is excited to announce that we are seeking a Chef de Rang to work within our Lobby Restaurant overseeing a team of F&B Attendants and reporting to the Assistant Managers and Supervisors. The Peninsula Hotels are renowned for the Lobby experience, with live music, a luxurious setting, and food and beverage service at the highest level; which, our guests have become accustomed to and that is synonymous with our brand. A Chef de Rang is responsible for activities related to service within the Lobby, including the preparation of service and working within a team. This position will have a great passion for service and be able to translate this into a special guest experience.
