Discover Pavyllon London, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Mayfair and the British expression of Chef Yannick Alléno’s modern French cuisine, blending culinary artistry with the relaxed elegance of a neighborhood restaurant. Every dish reflects his innovation, precision and passion for reinvention, with counter seating offering front-row access to a dynamic open kitchen.
As our Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests in Pavyllon Restaurant, Bar and Lounge.
You will thoroughly understand Four Seasons' and Yannick Alleno quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them. You will become thoroughly knowledgeable on menus, ingredients, and beverages within our outlets. Our restaurant will exude charisma and create warmth which you will play a key part in bringing every day.

This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour work week, typically spread across five 8-hour shifts. Flexibility is essential, as shifts will include mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with business needs.
