Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional community pubs, located in the town of Verwood between the New Forest and Cranborne Chase, the Monmouth Ash is a perfect example of a friendly, quality English village pub. Steeped in history it still has a lot of its original features like the traditional oak beans, open fires and flagstone floors. The pub's name, unique in Britain, commemorates the 1685 capture of the Duke of Monmouth (Charles II's bastard son) in Verwood, after his rebellion was defeated.

We are boosting our kitchen and have a vacancy for an experienced CDP, Section or Line chef to join our wonderful team for the party season and until the end of January.
