A luxury restaurant in Islay, Scotland is seeking a Chef de Partie / Sous Chef to join their skilled team. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to Rosette standards and supporting the Head Chef in daily operations. Ideal candidates have experience in a quality kitchen and a passion for using fresh, local produce. Accommodation is available for £200 per month, with an immediate start offered.

Location: Islay, Inner Hebrides
Contract: Immediate start - until 6th January
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days from 7
Pay: £18.25 per hour
Accommodation: Available (£200 per month)
