A luxury restaurant on Islay is looking for a Chef de Partie/Sous Chef for an immediate start by 6th January. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting dishes to Rosette standard while maintaining hygiene standards. Applicants must have experience in a quality kitchen and a passion for seasonal produce. Accommodation is available for £200 per month.

Location: Islay, Inner Hebrides. Contract: Immediate start – until 6th January. Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days from 7. Pay: £18.25 per hour. Accommodation: Available (£200 per month).
