A premium hospitality provider is seeking a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef for a luxury Rosette restaurant on Islay. The role involves preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, supporting the Head Chef, and maintaining hygiene standards. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a quality kitchen and a passion for fresh ingredients. Immediate start with accommodation available.
Location: Islay, Inner Hebrides
Contract: Immediate start – until 6th January
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days from 7
Pay: £18.25 per hour
Accommodation: Available (£200 per month)

You’ll play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality dishes and maintaining our Rosette-level culinary standards. This is a hands-on position, ideal for a passionate chef looking to work with premium ingredients in a professional yet supportive environment.
