A luxury hotel group in Bath is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team. This permanent role involves working across various kitchen sections in a 5* environment, overseeing a brigade of 8+ chefs. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a fresh food operation and will assist in maintaining high culinary standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a progressive company at one of their 5* luxury hotels located in Bath. The hotel offers modern British Cuisine served all day in the 2 AA rosette fine dining restaurant and bar areas and serves afternoon teas. There is also a busy banqueting department catering for weddings, conferences, meetings, parties. The kitchen is a good size and as Chef de Partie you will working across the sections, with a brigade of 8 plus Chefs so good team work is required. Completing all necessary paperwork and ensuring the kitchen is performing financially is also a key part of this role.
This role would suit a Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge in their career with the chance to progress with the company. This position would be ideal for a chef who has a proven track record of working in a fresh food operation with a busy banqueting department for a minimum of 2 years.
