A luxury country hotel is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join their brigade. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes for multiple dining options including the terrace restaurant and functions. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience at Chef de Partie level and exhibit a genuine passion for culinary arts. An excellent opportunity is available for a Chef de Partie to join the brigade of 7 talented professionals working at a luxury country hotel where you will be catering for different dining options on offer to the guests. The terrace restaurant at the hotel serves Modern British style menus that offer the freshest, most seasonal dishes. At the same time as Chef de Partie you will also prepare dishes for the lounge menu, afternoon teas, weddings and functions taking place at the hotel.
Prepare and cook dishes to the required standard for multiple dining options including the terrace restaurant, lounge menu, afternoon teas, weddings and functions. Ensure consistency and quality across all menus and collaborate with the culinary team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
All chefs applying for this role must have a minimum of 1 year of experience at Chef de Partie level and be able to demonstrate proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines. Have a genuine love for the culinary arts and impeccable attention to detail to deliver excellence.
