Our award‑winning kitchen team has an exciting new opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join us on a permanent full‑time basis in our Road Hole Restaurant. Named after the 17th hole of the Old Course, this fine dining restaurant is the beating heart of the hotel. With its commitment to using only the finest local ingredients, breathtaking views out over the Fife coastline, and exceptional service, it’s no wonder why the restaurant has earned such a prestigious 3 AA Rosettes rating.
In this role you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. Additionally, you will ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the Old Course Hotel standards.
Full time, 40 hours per week
£30,695.07 per annum
