Chef de Partie, Private Members club, Kensington

Pay: £15–17 per hour (around £31,200–£35,360 per year for 40 hours)

Schedule: 4 x 10‑hour shifts per week (option for a 5th shift if needed)

What You Do

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations
• Prep mise en place across all services
• Lead in service during quieter periods
• Run smaller events on your own
• Handle general kitchen prep, stock rotation, and quality control
• Present consistent, high‑quality food for members and guests
• Typically serve 50 covers per day. The busiest windows are Thursday to Sunday in daytime service.

• Currently working as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passionate about fresh produce and modern British cuisine
