About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen brigade at our prestigious Private Members’ Club in London.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the exceptional culinary standards our members expect – working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver elegant, modern British and European dishes across our restaurant, lounges, and private dining spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations

  • Assist in stock control, ordering, and wastage reduction
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are strictly adhered to
  • Contribute ideas for menus and seasonal specials
