Chef De Partie Powys Wales

Chef de Partie required for this beautiful Country House Hotel with a 40 cover restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join his team. He is ideally looking for an all rounder, somebody with good all‑round experience, but most importantly somebody motivated who enjoys cooking with great ingredients.

Location

The hotel is set in its own grounds in a rural location, so applicants will ideally need to live in the Brecon, Hay on Wye or Llandovery area with their own transport although live in is available.
