W Edinburgh is seeking a Night Chef de Partie to join our opening team in Edinburgh. You will work nights, ensuring top quality dishes and consistent output, while supporting the day team with mise-en-place and a smooth handover.

We are looking for experienced individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

As Night Chef de Partie, key aspects of your role will include:

• Working independently during the night
• Ensuring high quality, consistent output throughout the night
• Preparing mise-en-place to assist the day team as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Lead by example, demonstrating culinary excellence and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to our high standards.
