Pay: £15.15 per hour + 95p/hour night enhancement
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 over 7 (night shifts)

Your responsibilities:
  • Crafting fresh, delicious dishes to spec and standard

  • Running a section confidently during night service

  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with prep and service

  • Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation

  • Helping train and mentor junior night kitchen staff

  • Keeping the kitchen cool under pressure even during the heat of service

Who you are:
  • A qualified chef with solid experience in a fast-paced kitchen

  • Passionate about quality ingredients and beautiful plating

  • Cool, calm, and collected during service

  • Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willing to obtain)

  • A night shift pro — or eager to become one!
