A corporate hotel in Leicester is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in hotel kitchens and strong cooking skills. The Head Chef of this 4* corporate hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie with previous experience, who can strongly support the team in the kitchen. This busy hotel, which is situated in Leicester, offers an international menu in the restaurant and bar area and is also a popular venue for weddings and conferences catering for over 400 guests across 21 meeting rooms. The hotel prides itself on providing good quality, seasonally changing fresh food prepared and cooked to high standards. You will be working with a strong team of Chefs. This is an exciting role for a Chef de Partie who wants to work with an experienced hands on forward thinking Head Chef.
This role would suit a Chef de Partie who has 2 to 3 years of experience in a corporate hotel, looking for a new challenge in their career. It is important that all chefs applying have good all round cooking skills gained from within hotel kitchens. It is also important that you have experience serving a number of different dining options, and that you are standards driven, hands on, with a good team attitude.
This is a permanent role
