Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a Chef De Partie for our Moreton-in-Marsh kitchen, a busy term-time operation serving pupils and staff with fresh, seasonal menus. You will join a team in a fast-paced environment, cooking from scratch while adhering to brand standards and food safety policies.
We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for great food; previous CDP or junior sous chef experience is preferred, with opportunities to develop further with a leading independent contract caterer.
A leading, co-educational, day and boarding school for children aged 3 to 13 in Moreton-in-Marsh. Catering for about 400 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, AM snack, Lunch, PM snack and supper along with match teas. There is A good amount of hospitality at this location throughout the year. This is a term time only contract and operates Monday to Sunday so working pattern is 5 over 7 days. This location benefits from free parking on site.

You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.
