Responsibilities

  • Managing your section confidently during prep and service.
  • Executing dishes to 3 Rosette standard.
  • Maintaining strong mise en place and a clean organized section.
  • Supporting daily tasting-menu and à la carte service.
  • Working with premium seasonal produce.
  • Collaborating on new dishes and menu development.
  • Upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive culture.

Skills

Experience as a Chef de Partie in a Rosette or Michelin Guide kitchen
Excellent technical ability
Understanding of modern cooking techniques
Passion for seasonal British produce
Calm and reliable in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Team player and eager to learn
Ability to maintain consistency
