Working Pattern: 5 over 7, on a rota-basis

Salary: £27,934 per annum

We’re looking for 2 passionate Chef de Parties who live for flavour and thrives on delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, supportive environment. This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled chef looking to develop their craft, take ownership of a section, and play a key role in an ambitious culinary team.

Services include: breakfast, lunch, dinner, vending, hospitality and retail.

  • Prepare and plate consistently delicious dishes that showcase quality ingredients and attention to detail.
  • Keep your section prepped, organised, and full of energy — ready for every service.
  • Champion food hygiene, freshness, and presentation — every plate should tell a story.
  • Collaborate with your brigade to deliver smooth, efficient service across a variety of formats.
