Las Iguanas is seeking a Chef de Partie to take ownership of a section in our fast-paced kitchen, delivering consistently great dishes with pace and precision.

You’ll lead by example, coach junior team members, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high standards of prep, cooking and presentation.
