A leading catering company in Hull is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, creating high-quality dishes and supporting the team. This role operates on a varied rota basis with structured hours.

Chef de Partie - Hull | £15.15 per hour | 37.5 Hours per Week
5 Days Over 7 on a rota basis including weekends.

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at a high-profile workplace restaurant in Hull. As part of Eurest. You’ll be creating high-quality, fresh dishes in a professional, people-first kitchen that values teamwork, quality, and consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Leading your own section in the kitchen prepping, cooking, and plating to a high standard.
  • Creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients, with care and consistency.
  • Supporting the Sous and Head Chef with service, menu delivery, and day-to-day operations.
  • Assisting with training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and allergen control (HACCP knowledge essential).
  • Keeping your work area clean, organised, and service-ready at all times.
