Overview

Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. We have opened 27 restaurants in Europe and are dedicated to sharing 100% homemade authentic Italian dishes in beautifully designed spaces. We are hiring a Chef De Partie in the Hot Section.

YOUR MISSION:

• You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team.
• You will be overseeing the hot section to prepare our authentic Italian dishes from scratch.
• You will communicate regularly with kitchen management, helping with onboarding and training of the new chefs and ensuring the hot section is operating smoothly.
• You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
• You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day.
• You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a 'problem solver' attitude.
