A prestigious hospitality company in London is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their fine dining team. Responsibilities include cooking from fresh ingredients, assisting with stock take, and training junior chefs. The ideal candidate has a proven background in a premium or fine-dining environment and possesses strong communication skills. Chef de Partie – Hospitality & Fine Dining, London Monday to Friday £33,500
This prestigious place has an extremely busy hospitality and fine dining department. The food produced here is of Michelin standard and ranges from working lunches to canapés, events and sit down formal dinners. All food is freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients and attention to detail and presentation is essential.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week with paid overtime (2-3 evenings per week)
