Chef de Partie – Hospitality & Fine Dining, London Monday to Friday £33,500

This prestigious place has an extremely busy hospitality and fine dining department. The food produced here is of Michelin standard and ranges from working lunches to canapés, events and sit down formal dinners. All food is freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients and attention to detail and presentation is essential.

What you’ll be doing
  • Working as part of a team within the fine dining and hospitality kitchen
  • Cooking from fresh ingredients and produce
  • Assisting with stock take and ordering
  • Supporting with training commis chefs

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week with paid overtime (2-3 evenings per week)

  • An experienced and motivated Chef de Partie with a proven work history
  • PASSION! About food and ingredients as well as what you do
  • Hotel or restaurant background essential – ideally within a premium or fine-dining setting
  • Experience in a high standard, food driven, fast paced kitchen
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as use initiative
  • Good communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Friendly and professional with a positive can do attitude
