Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Cock is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, mentor junior chefs, and uphold brand standards in a Premium Country Pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring kitchen staff and leading a section.
• Ability to uphold and teach brand standards.
• Proven skills in pre-service preparation and mise en place.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Knowledge of the Cock and Premium Country Pubs workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities
