Grade UE03: £23,742 to £25,804 per annum plus 15% Premium Band
CSG / Accommodation, Catering and Events (ACE)
Full-time: 35 hours per week, 5 over 7 day including weekends

The Hotel Collection at the University of Edinburgh comprises of four hotels, with kitchens at three of the properties. You will be based at either The Scott Hotel, or The Scholar Hotel, both are properties with a great, fresh food offering – The Brasserie at the Scholar and the newly opening Bonnar’s at The Scott.
The salary for this post is £23,742 to £25,804 per annum.
