Leonardo Hotels is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef in a fast-paced Edinburgh kitchen. You’ll help run service, ensure quality and consistency, and act as an ambassador for the hotel and the Leonardo Hotels estate, upholding company vision and values.

Be ready to lead sections when needed, stay calm under pressure, and contribute to a busy, vibrant team that aims to exceed guest expectations. Training and progression paths are provided.
