Benugo is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the Nomura kitchen in London. You will work closely with Head and Sous Chefs to deliver high-quality, international dishes in a fast-paced corporate catering environment.

Ideal candidates will have solid experience in busy kitchens, a passion for fresh food, and good knowledge of food safety. The role offers career development within a prestigious client list and a supportive kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• Has strong culinary skills and a passion for fresh food and international cuisine.
• Is organised, reliable and confident working under pressure.
• Has good knowledge of food safety, allergens and kitchen hygiene.
• Can work independently while supporting the wider team.
• Brings a positive attitude, flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes across a variety of international cuisines.
• Manage your section efficiently, ensuring food is ready for service on time.
• Support daily food production for a busy, high-volume catering operation.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Follow recipes, preparation schedules and kitchen standards.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate food labelling, stock rotation and temperature records.
• Minimise food waste and support effective food cost control.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily service.
