Compass Group UK&I, delivering hospitality at Chartwells sites, is recruiting a Chef De Partie for a full-time role (40 hours per week). You will prepare and serve high-quality meals, lead kitchen tasks, and help evolve menus to delight clients and staff.

You’ll join a team that values quality, compliance with hygiene standards, and development opportunities through our Career Pathways and MyLearning programmes. English fluency is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent C&G qualification.
• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong English communication and adherence to food safety.

• Prepare high-quality foods and oversee menu changes.
• Identify improvements to food services and handle feedback.
• Assist with new menus and creative concepts; maintain hygiene.
• Monitor inventories and manage kitchen cleanliness and safety.
