Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in hospitality or care settings is preferred.
• Level 3 in Catering Services and Food Hygiene.
• Knowledge of allergen management and resident dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality, nutritious dishes in line with menus and dietary requirements.
• Work with the Sous and Head Chef to ensure smooth service.
• Take ownership of a kitchen section and keep it running smoothly.
• Mentor junior team members and lead by example.
• Adhere to food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen protocols.
• Suggest seasonal menus and themed events for residents.
