A popular country inn is looking for a Chef de Partie to join its team. You will work with high-quality, fresh ingredients to develop dishes for a bistro menu. The position requires a hard-working individual with experience in fresh food kitchens. Knowledge in multiple kitchen sections is a plus, and own transport is beneficial due to the location. This is a permanent full-time role offering employee pension and other benefits.
A country inn with rooms that serves rosette standard food is seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie to join its team of chefs. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working with good quality, fresh seasonal ingredients sourced locally to create dishes for the classic bistro style menu with a twist as well as service of the bar/lounge menu. The property also caters for events and weddings and is a popular destination.
A hard working Chef de Partie who has a good background working in fresh food kitchens is required for this role. Knowledge on a number of sections in the kitchen would be an advantage as you will be moving around the sections whilst receiving continuous training in the role.
Due to the location of this country inn it is advantageous to have your own transport
