Chef De Partie, Central London Hotel

We are looking for two Chef de Parties to join a hotel kitchen that does things properly. This is not another average hotel job. You will be working with an executive chef who spent 18 years in Michelin kitchens and now focuses on creating great food, developing people, and keeping the standards high.

What you will find here:

• A busy kitchen with plenty of variety: bar, restaurant, room service, brunch, banqueting, and an executive lounge.
• A restaurant that serves around 30–50 covers for dinner and 160–180 for weekend brunch.
• A team that takes time to source quality ingredients, with much made in-house.
• Space to bring your own ideas – the team runs ‘Chef’s Corner’ where dishes are created and credited to individual chefs.
• A positive, diverse environment that values learning and progression. Many of our current sous chefs started as CDPs here.

• Salary around £35,000 with tronc, plus PAID OVERTIME, Get Paid for EVERY hour worked
• 40-hour week with proper breaks and good hours, except during busy banqueting periods.
