Responsibilities
- Manage mise en place for daily operations, including preparing sauces, spices, and ingredients.
- Participate in daily briefings and ensure readiness for service.
- Deliver orders in a timely manner during busy shifts, while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure timely ordering of supplies, and minimise waste.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic section of the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
