Job summary

The Manor House Hotel in Moreton-in-Marsh is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team in delivering fresh, seasonal cuisine and maintain high standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with talented chefs, learn new techniques, and contribute to a positive work environment while upholding food safety and quality at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing fresh food using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
• Ability to work with and support a team of chefs.
• Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and apply ideas to menus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes to spec for the kitchen team.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop and refine menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in a busy kitchen.
