Heartwood Collection in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will deliver high-quality, fresh dishes across multiple sections and follow recipes to maintain our standards.

We offer an hourly basic rate up to £13.35 with TRONC and on-target earnings between £15.50 and £16.50 including TRONC. This is a dynamic role within a celebrated hospitality group with opportunities for progression.

Qualificações

• Passion for delivering great quality, fresh food.
• Able to work across at least two kitchen sections and follow recipes.
• 3–4 years’ experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and classical cooking techniques.

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
