A well-known hospitality group in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join their 4-star hotel team. The ideal candidate will deliver quality and consistency in a high-volume kitchen. With at least 2 years of experience in a fresh food environment, applicants should be passionate about culinary excellence and able to mentor junior chefs. This full-time position offers a salary of up to £23,000 annually along with various staff benefits.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie from a fresh food background to join our team within our 4-star hotel.
We are looking for a confident and experienced individual who can deliver quality and consistency in our kitchen. With an excellent reputation for our food and service, we need the right candidates to work with us to maintain and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate about food, a role model for the junior chefs.
You must have at least 2 years of previous experience within a quality fresh food environment with high volume experience, and ensure standards are kept high at all times.
Salary – Up to £23.000 per annum

Your own transport is essential due to the location of the hotel.
