Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your allocated kitchen section to the highest standards.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes.
  • Monitor portion control and minimise waste to maximise efficiency.
  • Support stock control and ordering processes.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment is maintained at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as aChef de PartieorDemi Chef de Partie.
  • A genuine passion for food, creativity, and culinary excellence.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to remain calm and precise under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in professional cookery (desirable).
  • Must provide own knives.
