£13.00 per hour plus a share of Tronc (up to £5,000 per year), flexible shift patterns, up to 33% off meals and hotel accommodation, 20% for friends and family, a development program to Head Chef, access to the lifestyle card, service awards, a birthday gift, and chef recruitment incentives of up to £1,000.

Commi chef Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of all sections

Commi Chef Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the food preparation process
  • Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
  • Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
  • Assisting other Chefs
  • Helping with deliveries and restocking
  • Assisting with stock rotation
  • Cleaning stations
  • Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
  • Comply with all Food safety, fire, Health and safety, licensing and employment laws
