  • Run a designated kitchen section (serving up to 150 covers daily).
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Follow menu specs to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support and guide junior kitchen team members.
  • Help control food costs and improve kitchen efficiency.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance menus and operations.
