Join our dynamic kitchen team at a renowned, award-winning restaurant on the stunning Isle of Skye. We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to help deliver exceptional dining experiences using the finest local and seasonal ingredients.

About the Role: As a Chef de Partie, you’ll work in a fast-paced, creative environment, contributing to the preparation and presentation of innovative dishes that showcase the best of Scottish cuisine. You’ll manage your section with precision, maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, and collaborate with a talented team to ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is perfect.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage and maintain your section, including stock control and mise en place.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop and execute seasonal menus.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the menu and dining experience.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
  • Passion for fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients with a focus on quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (essential due to the restaurant’s remote location).
  • Knowledge of Scottish cuisine or fine dining is a plus.
