• Confidently run a section to a high standard
• Adhere to company food hygiene standards
• Follow company health & safety standards as outlined in the staff handbook
• Comply with company food specifications
• Be competent in COSHH & HACCP protocols
• Work closely with commis chefs, assisting in their training
• Contribute ideas for new menu items and daily specials from your section

• Have a progressive background with longevity in previous roles
• Be ambitious with a desire to push your capabilities further

• Confident in managing your section and eager to learn all sections of the kitchen
