Job summary

ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Defence-focused kitchen on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You’ll prepare and serve high-quality food and support menu development while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, a Food Hygiene certificate, and experience supervising a team. A flexible approach to working is essential in this role within a market-leading UK food service company.

• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef de Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences for Defence on a full time basis contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities Willinclude

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
