We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) to support our in‑house catering team in delivering an outstanding catering service to our students and staff.

Role: Chef de Partie (CDP)

Salary: £25,053 – £28,039

Hours: Full-time – 45 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily running of the college dining room services for day and residential students, as well as the Graze Café open to HE students, staff and external visitors.
• Support our events and hospitality services, delivering excellent catering for our conferences and events up to 500 attendees.
• Adapt services to meet student needs and business growth in commercial activities.
