Job summary

Bella Italia is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Whinfell. Organise, coordinate, and deliver service across one or more sections in our fast-paced kitchen, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.

Work closely with the kitchen team to produce delicious dishes to specification, and lead by example—coaching, nurturing, and developing junior team members while showcasing your knife skills.

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work across one or more sections under supervision.
• Willingness to learn and develop junior team members.

Advertised rate of pay includes your share of Tronc averaging £5 per hour. Hourly rate is up to £14.11.
