A prestigious hotel in the UK is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to lead their kitchen brigade. The role involves producing high-quality dishes, managing storage rooms, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu creation. We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join Hilton Birmingham Metropole’s kitchen brigade. You will lead the brigade to produce high‑quality dishes impeccably prepared and served, manage the storage rooms, and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu creation, testing and departmental targets.

Hourly Rate: £12.77 per hour plus service charge.
You will join the kitchen brigade, working in all areas of the kitchen. You will enjoy leading the kitchen brigade to produce high‑quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will manage the storage rooms, ensuring all food items are ordered and stored correctly. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.
