We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join Hilton Birmingham Metropole’s kitchen brigade. You will lead the brigade to produce high‑quality dishes impeccably prepared and served, manage the storage rooms, and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu creation, testing and departmental targets.

Job Responsibilities

You will join the kitchen brigade, working in all areas of the kitchen. You will enjoy leading the kitchen brigade to produce high‑quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will manage the storage rooms, ensuring all food items are ordered and stored correctly. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.
