What you will be doing:
  • To have a thorough knowledge of and prepare all dishes on hotel menus, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout
  • You will be preparing food to the quality and standards of the Head Chef
  • Up keeping the standard of food and hygiene according to the company policy
  • Support the Sous Chef in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.
  • To ensure all foods are stored correctly and stocks rotated in line with Food Hygiene requirements.
  • To ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen during service, ensuring food is prepared and served to the standards required.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the kitchen and exceeding local health and safety regulations
  • Assist with directing and assisting the various sections within the kitchen.
  • Dedicated to providing an outstanding food experience for all our guests and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptionally high standards and developing your career within the Kitchen.
