A well-known brewery and pub group is seeking an ambitious Chef for their scenic inn in Lyme Regis. You will work with locally sourced produce and be part of a talented kitchen team dedicated to delivering high-quality food. The role offers flexible working, training opportunities, and various employee perks including discounts and meals for shifts over 6 hours.
The Rock Point is a wonderfully scenic inn that lies on Lyme Regis harbour, overlooking the surrounding bay and Jurassic coastline.
You’ll be working in an 18th-century tavern that has been thoughtfully updated by St Austell Family Group to showcase character features that are stylishly adorned with modern conveniences. The Rock Point occupies a tranquil location at the heart of what many consider to be ‘The Pearl of Dorset’.
Are you an ambitious Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? As a chef you will work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
