Your Role

As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver high‑quality food across all kitchen operations. You’ll take responsibility for your section, support junior team members, and help maintain consistently high standards in line with brand and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and plan daily menus with the Head Chef or Junior Sous Chef
  • Supervise and assist with food preparation and mise en place for lunch and dinner service
  • Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness
  • Train, coach, and support Commis and Junior Chefs
  • Assist with any additional kitchen duties as required by senior kitchen management
About You
  • GCSEs or equivalent
  • Level 2 Food Safety in Catering or Level 2 Food Preparation qualification
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Previous experience in a branded hotel or high‑volume kitchen is highly desirable
  • A passion for fresh food, teamwork, and delivering excellent service
  • Reliable, organised, and eager to develop your career
