Perfect work / life balance - Central London, £24,000 - Mon - Fri (37.5 hours a week)

We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie for a brilliant Private Members Club based in Central London. The restaurant here is all about ethically sourced, British ingredients and the food is great!

All the company’s food is prepared from fresh local produce. Brigade of 15 producing 100 covers +

Main responsibilities –

As Chef de Partie you will be preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within the company’s specialities. You will be helping out any junior chefs in the kitchen if needed. You will be working closely with the sous chef and head chef including dish and menu input. You will be ensuring that you maintain the highest standard of both food and hygiene in the kitchen.

The Ideal Candidate –
  • The ideal Chef de Partie would need to be someone who is passionate about working with great produce and has a genuine interest in British food.
  • Attitude is key for this role
  • The ideal Chef de Partie would have to be flexible and able to work on different sections in the kitchen and run the Pass
  • This person would need to be able to work extremely well in a high pressured environment.
  • The ideal Chef de Pastie will need to have previous experience of working with a fresh British menu.
