Job summary

Heartwood Collection in Guildford is hiring a Chef de Partie to join a warm, award-winning kitchen team known for fresh, seasonal dishes and a supportive culture. The role offers a basic rate up to £13.10 per hour plus TRONC, with potential OTE of £15.25–£15.75 per hour including TRONC, depending on performance and shift pattern.

We seek passionate chefs with knife skills and classical cooking techniques who can work across at least two sections and follow recipes to deliver high-quality dishes

Basic Rate up to £13.10 per hour PLUS TRONC

On Target Earnings £15.25 - £15.75*(Including TRONC)

About You:

• Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
• Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
• 3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
